If you encounter issues while using Emuluxe, check these common solutions or reach out to our team.
Extension Not Opening
If clicking the icon doesn't open the panel:
- Refresh the Page: Some sites prevent content injection on initial load.
- Check Permissions: Ensure the extension has permission to "read and change data" on the site you are visiting.
- Restricted Sites: Extensions are disabled on internal browser pages like
chrome:/settingsor the Chrome Web Store.
Authentication Issues
If the extension says "Authentication Required" even after you've signed in:
- Go to app.emuluxe.com and ensure you are fully logged in.
- Click the Refresh button in the extension panel (if available) or reload the browser tab.
- Try signing out and back in on the dashboard.
